Service Description

This 1:1 session blends yoga with neuroscience-informed movement to help your body move optimally. Through guided neuro drills and personalised flows, you’ll develop reflexive stability, coordination, and control so your body responds automatically in yoga, sport, and everyday life. Each session is tailored to your body, your goals, and your movement history, helping you understand how your brain and body work together to move with ease and confidence. Prices are based on sessions within Deeside. Travel outside this area may incur an additional fee, which will always be agreed in advance. Before our in person session you will be sent a client discovery form and have a short chat with me on the phone.


Cancellation Policy

This session can be moved or cancelled up to 24 hours before start time. Message with any questions. Disclaimer and Liability Waiver By booking and participating in a class, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Participation and risk I understand that all movement and exercise, including yoga, carries an inherent risk of injury. I voluntarily choose to participate, knowing that classes may be physically demanding and involve physical exertion. Personal responsibility and health I confirm that I am fit to take part in physical exercise. I have either sought medical advice from my GP, or I have chosen to participate without medical clearance and accept full responsibility for doing so. I understand that I am responsible for my own wellbeing during class and will inform the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in my health that may affect my practice. Listening to my body I understand that it is my responsibility to move within my own limits, to rest when needed, and to stop if I experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. Physical adjustments I understand that the instructor may offer hands-on adjustments. If I do not wish to receive physical adjustments, it is my responsibility to inform the instructor. If an adjustment causes discomfort, I will communicate this immediately. Pregnancy Classes are not suitable for pregnancy. If I am pregnant, I understand that I must contact the instructor in advance to discuss appropriate options. Illness and COVID-19 If I feel unwell, have symptoms of illness, or test positive for COVID-19, I will not attend class. Refunds will be offered in these circumstances. By completing this booking, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and waiver of liability.
