About Victoria

I’ve been practising yoga for over ten years and teaching for five. Since my initial training in Vinyasa, I’ve continued to study anatomy, movement, and neuroscience for movers, learning from experts including Dr Liz Lindh, Jason Crandell, and Celest Pereira.

Over the years, I’ve personally navigated illness and injuries, and discovered that what works for others doesn’t always work for me. Exploring neuroscience and understanding that movement starts in the brain completely changed the way I train and teach. Shifting my focus from muscles alone to the brain-body connection has allowed me to move with more confidence, ease, and resilience.

I apply these principles not only in yoga but also to my climbing and strength training. I work with clients of all ages and abilities, from athletes seeking to improve performance to mothers, fathers, grandmothers, and anyone who wants to move more comfortably and confidently in their everyday lives. Watching people discover new ways to move and feel the difference it makes in their bodies and their daily life is the most rewarding part of my work.

By learning simple, practical tools to support the nervous system, we can move optimally. My goal is to spark movement curiosity in people and help them to feel more capable and confident in their activities and everyday life.

Sessions often include laughter - some of the drills we do aren't beautiful or serene but they are effective.

I'm incredibly grateful to Victoria for her support during my post C-Section recovery. Her one-to-one yoga sessions were thoughtfully tailored to my unique needs focussing on gentle movements coupled with breathwork that promoted healing without strain on my core. Her patient approach made me feel reassured throughout the process and enabled me to gradually build on each previous session. As such, i was able to rebuild my strenght and enhance my overall wellbeing. Thank you again!

Simultaneously the most calming and most fun classes ever, you are a wizard.

Caroline

I love the classes because I always leave feeling much better than I arrived! I feel less tight & more mobile by the end of the class. I also like to be pushed to move further than I thought possible... though sometimes it's a bridge too far! I've been to many different yoga classes over the years but yours are the best I've ever attended....seriously
