Victoria Mackie Yoga & Movement combines yoga with neuroscience-informed, brain-based training. By recognising that movement starts in the brain, sessions use targeted exercises to improve coordination, mobility, strength, and resilience, supporting the activities you enjoy and the demands of everyday life.
